SEATTLE BEER WEEK
BEGINS MAY 13!
A week so big, they had to stretch it to eleven days!
Here's what we're doing:
MAY 13 - 14, Thu-Fri, 6pm-midnight Seattle Cask-O-Rama!
All Seattle breweries, all casks! A baker's dozen local beers served from the bartop "au natural". Beers include: Hale's SBW Double IPA, Big Al IPA, Elliott Bay Demolition, Two Beers Dry-Peeled Wit, Elysian Prometheus, Fremont IPA w/blood orange, Big Time Perspective IPA, Schooner Exact 3-Grid IPA, Georgetown Donkey Deux, Three Skulls Hop the Plank IPA, Maritime Imperial DH IPA, Pike Double IPA, and Naked City Hoptrocity!
MAY 15, Sat, 6pm Bob's Brown Ale!
This special brew is released once a year by Georgetown Brewing in honor of their friend Bob Hirsch. All proceeds will go to the Ronald McDonald House.
MAY 16, Sun, 5-8pm Iron Brewer Triple Header!

(ingredients: spruce and figs)
Plus Black Raven vs. Big Time
(Indian curry spices)
And Naked City vs. Snipes Mountain

MAY 18, Tue, 7-9pm Rochefort "Meet the Brewer" Night!
We host a night with Mr. Gumer Santos, brewer for Rochefort Trappist Brewery, and export agent Alfons Vandermolen
MAY 19, Wed, 8pm All Beer Quiz Night!
Think you know beer? All the questions this night will be related to beer, including taste tests!
MAY 20, Thu, 7pm Flights To (New) Belgium!
Featuring six flavorful New Belgium offerings, each flight of three paired with delicious snacks, some savory, some sweet, courtesy of our resident chef, Alli. Enjoy Abbey Grand Cru, Trippel, Blonde, 1554, Trip V Sour Cherry Brown, and Dark Heather Saison. The snack availability is limited, so arrive early to ensure your taste-buds are satisfied! Olde Belgium Taster Tray
Wilted Belgian Endive with Le Havremont cheese, pork belly and currants. Paired with The Trippel. Vlaamse Stoofkarbonaden or traditional style beef stew. Paired with Grand Cru. Vanilla Bean Rice Pudding with drunken cherries and shaved Belgian chocolate. Paired with the Trip V Sour Cherry Brown.
“New” Belgium Taster Tray
Asparagus, radish and spring onion salad with melted butter and black truffle sea salt. Paired with the Belgian Blond. Cured, smoked beef slider with stone ground mustard aioli, Jung Belgian Gouda and spring lettuce. Paired with the Dark Heather Saison. Fresh strawberries, whipped fromage blanc and sweet shortcake. Paired with the 1554.
MAY 21-22, Fri-Sat, All Day Bodacious Beverages Brewfest!
